Additional outreach will be administered leading up to the event requesting the meals for your additional guests ** Event Lodging** We have also secured a block of rooms at Hyatt Place (where the event is being held). The rate is $139/night. There are 4-5 restaurants within walking distance and several coffee shops for those early risers. To make your reservations please call the Hyatt Place directly at (913) 276-5403. This rate will apply until October 9, 2023. Regular rates will be applied after this date. Be sure to reference the Thymic Carcinoma Center Foundation when making the reservations.
